This Awards ceremony was attended by the Business Head of Turtle Down Under, Kunal Ramchandani. Being interviewed during the ceremony, Ramchandani stated,

We realised seven years ago a travel agent had to wait at least 48-72 hours just to get a quotation for a destination like Australia.
